Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for the Alaküla exploration room (registered under document management system 29.12.2016 No 12-2/16/15198 of the Environment Agency) submitted by Procura Group OÜ (registry code: 12591176) (address in childcare homes tn 39-34, city centre, Tallinn, Harju County, 10144) was accepted.
The request for a geological survey shall be made in the municipality of Sõmerpalu, County Võru, in the village of Alaküla, in the cadastral division Piho (cadastral code 76701:002:0450),

The area covered by the requested survey room is 18.62 ha. This is a mineral consumption survey which plans to build up up up to 15 wells and 15 exploration voids. The exploration depth shall be up to 20 m. the resources to be studied are sand. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The investigator is an OÜ J.Viru Markšeideribüroo.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency, Võru (flock 17a, 65608 Võru; louna@keskkonnaamet.ee; 680 7914).
The application shall be digitally accessible to the http://dhs-ADR kea.envir.ee/ until
a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for the prospection, and everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the louna@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address at herd 17a, 65608.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
