Notice of initiation of the mining authorisation procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the request for modification of the mining permit submitted by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Nõmme district, Tallinn, Harju district, 10916) was granted to the

The request for amendment of the mining permit (extension of the working time fixed by an additional condition) is made in Rapla, County Rapla, village SEL. The gravel quarry of the hills is located in the fields of the hills (registry card 874) on the private cadastral parcels of the hills (cadastral code 66903:002:0902) and the fields of the hills (cadastral code 66903:002:0902).

The mountain area of the hill and mountain pastures is 11.50 ha and that of the mountain pasture is 14.78 ha. According to the Mining authorisation, the active consumption of the building gravel of the mining reserves is 168 thousand m ³ and the excavated reserves are 161 thousand m ³, the active consumption of the building sand is 145 thousand m ³ and the excavated reserves 140 thousand m ³ and the active consumption of the aggregate sand is 116 thousand m ³ and the excavated reserves 111 thousand m ³. The average annual rate for the extraction of mineral resources is, according to the permit, 45 thousand m ³. Mineral uses include construction, road construction and aggregates. Künka No Rapm-071 for the extraction of a gravel quarry is valid until 18.08.202020.

until a decision is taken to amend or refuse to modify the mining permit, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. The draft decision amending the mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
