The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

Authorisation to prospect is sought in the village of Rapla, County Rapla, in the village of Koigi, in the cadastral parcel mölli (cadastritus 66903:001:0592) owned by Metsara-Metspere Agricultural products. The test room is called the Reinu or test room. There is no overlap within the test room with the invoiced stock. The Reinu limestone deposit (registry card No 0787) is located at a distance of 228 m from the research area in the south-east direction. The area covered by the requested survey room is 17.76 ha. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build 15 wells and 0 exploration wells. The exploration depth is up to 22 m. the ore to be studied is the building limestone. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The investigator is an OÜ J.Viru Markšeideribüroo.

until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
