The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological survey permit submitted by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Nõmme district, Tallinn, Harju district, 10916) was granted to the
.
The application for a geological survey shall be made for Künka (cadastral identification 66903:002:0902) and ploughing (cadastral identification 66903:002:0902) in the private cadastral parcels in the village SEL in Rapla, County. The name of the test room is the test room II of the Künka. The area served by the requested exploration room coincides in part with the area occupied by the Künka (registration card No 0874) and the mountain and service areas of the current Künka of the gravel quarry (authorisation No Rapm-071). The area covered by the requested survey room is 6.33 ha. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build 0 wells and up to 25 exploration voids. The exploration depth is up to 8 m. the explored mineral is the construction gravel and the building sand. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency, Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla; pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee; 484 1171).
The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/
until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
