The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency notifies that the Osaühing Hõbelakk (registry code: 10796158) (address distant 36-5, 71016 Viljandi) applies for a geological survey permit. The geological survey is requested in Viljandi, County Viljandi, village of Mäeltküla, for the cadastral parcel Kull belonging to OÜ Hõbelakk (register number 1205139; cadastral identification 89201:005:1060). The area covered by the requested survey room is 6.14 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up to 16 wells and up to 10 exploration cavities. The exploration depth shall be not more than 12 m. the resources to be studied shall be sand. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 4 years. The test room is called the Kurvitsa II test room. The investigator is Kobras AS.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address in louna@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address at garage 2, 48306 Jõgeva.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
