The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that application No 12-2/16/15199 for a geological survey permit submitted by Procura Group OÜ (registration code: 12591176) (address in Child Heritage TN 39-34, districts of Keskklinn, Tallinn, 10144 Harju County) on 29.12.2016 has been accepted. The request for a geological survey is made in the village of Kõrveküla, Tapa, County Western Viru, in private land, in the cadastral parcel Tõnu (cadastral identification 40001:003:0713)

The requested test room is called the test room of the Hõrõrvi Village. The area served by the exploration room is 20,41 ha. The purpose of the study is to clarify the quality, volume and digestion conditions of the material that is to be extracted in the requested exploration room at a level that makes it possible to apply for extraction authorisation after the stock has been confirmed. The study plans to build 10 exploration voids. Research depth is up to 7 m. in addition, the following work has been planned: measurement of surface water levels, topographical measurements and laboratory studies. The investigator is OÜ J. Viru Marksheijad. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency in Rakvere (address: J. Kunderi 18, Rakvere 44307, Tel. 325 8401, e-mail pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Centre. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address: J. Kunderi 18, Rakvere, 44307, West Virumaa.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
