Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for the outlet III Research room submitted by Eriku Grupp OÜ (registry code: 11421398) (address: Turku Talu, village of urry, Municipality of Are, County Pärnu, 87310) on 26.01.2017 (registered under document Management system No 12-2/17/1745 of the Environment Agency) has been accepted.
Authorisation to prospect is sought for a Kruusa in a private land village in Pärnu County Town village (cadastral Identifier 80801:001:0429). The catchment area of the applicant survey room shall be 4,07 ha. The geological study shall be carried out in order to clarify the possibilities of exploiting and extracting material in the backgrounds III test room. The study shall explain in detail the conditions, composition and characteristics of the extraction of the mineral. The study envisages the construction of up to 15 wells and up to 15 exploration cavities. The research depth is up to 7 m. for the sake of completeness, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: hydrogeological observations (water level measurements at survey points); topographic measurements; scheduling (1:1000). The survey is carried out by Osaühing Eesti Geological Centre (registry code 10145653, address Kadaka tee 82, Tallinn, Harju County, 12618).

The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of Harju in the Northern Region of the Environment Agency (Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn, põhja@keskkonnaamet.ee, 674 4800).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-KEA-envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
