The Ühinenud Depood of as (registry code 10786869) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 399(1) of the commercial Code (ÄS).
The firm shall notify the merger. The Ühinenud Depood of as (registry code 10786869) and Eurokraft Service OÜ (registry code 11307242), established in Kasesalu tn 12, participated in the merger. The merged entity will continue its activities under the name of as Ühinenud Depood.
