The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation of the geological study of the Valistre exploration room submitted by Procura Group OÜ (registry code: 12591176) (address in Child Heritage TN 39-34, Centre Town, 10144 Tallinn) (corrected application under document management system of the registered Environment Agency No 16.02.2017, No 12-2/17/337-3) has been accepted.
Authorisation to prospect is sought for the land parcels Enno (cadastritudes 18803:002:0350, new registration number 3961006), carrots (cadastral registration number 18803:002:0107, new registration number 2840406) and Porgandi-Gastroinamaa (cadastral registration number 18803:002:0037, new registration number 1904806), in the municipality of Halinga, Pärnu. The area covered by the requested survey room is 52.45 ha. The purpose of the study is to identify the distribution of mineral resources (sand, gravel, dolomite), the thickness, quality and extraction conditions of the utility layer in order to assess the quantity of mineral resources as an active consumable resource for which mining permission could be sought. The study plans to build up up up to 40 wells with a depth of up to 25 m; other planned ad hoc work: laboratory work, topographic surveying. The survey is carried out by OÜ J.Viru Markšeideribüroo (registry code 11644539, address Tartu mnt 84A-50, 10112 Tallinn). The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the louna@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Paala tee 4, 71014 iljandi.

The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
