The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that application No 12-2/17/2409-1 for a mining permit for the Muri gravel deposit submitted by Liivram OÜ (registry code: 12898176) (address vaksali tn 8a, 71012 iljandi) 10.02.2017. a (registry card No 0948) has been accepted.

Authorisation to exploit mineral resources is sought in the village of Muri in the municipality of Karksi, Viljandi, on the land of the Müüri belonging to Livram OÜ (cadastral mark 60001:001:0207, area 8,87 ha).

The area of the mountain allocation applied for is 8.35 ha, the area served by the mountain allocation is 8.35 ha. The Mineral reserves of the mountain reserve are as follows: the active consumption stock of the building gravel 1007 thousand m ³, the planned reserve 835 thousand m ³. An average annual extraction rate of 56 thousand m ³ is requested. Mineral resources are used in construction and road construction. Authorisation shall be sought for a period of 15 years.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the louna@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Paala tee 4, 71014 iljandi.

The preparation of the draft decision granting or refusing the mining permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
