The Maaeluministeerium publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 6(3) of Decree No 22 of the Ministry of Rural Affairs of 27.02.2017. entitled “support for the conservation and restoration of marine biodiversity and ecosystems”.

The Maaeluministeerium States that applications will be received until 24 March 2017. the

purpose of the support is to contribute to the better management or conservation of marine biological resources, to the construction, installation or modernisation of static or mobile structures, to the preparation of conservation and management plans for NATURA 2000 sites and marine protected areas, to support the management, restoration and monitoring of marine protected areas, including NATURA 2000 sites, to increase environmental awareness and to participate in other measures aimed at maintaining and improving biodiversity and ecosystem services.
