The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to PROSPECT for the Koldamäe II exploration room for as roads REV-2 (registry code: 11402434) (address Pärnu mnt 463, 10916 Tallinn) (registered under document management system of the Environment Agency 09.03.2017 No 12-1/17/3551) has been accepted.
The geological survey is requested in the municipality of Iisaku, Ida-Viru, in the village of Koldamäe, for the cadastral district of Alarie 17 (cadastral title 22401:001:0330) of the State-owned (the State property manager is the Ministry of the Environment and the authorised authority is the State Forest Management Centre).
The area covered by the requested survey room is 15.38 ha. The purpose of the study is to clarify the potential for exploiting and extracting the material present (building sand, filler sand).
The study plans to build 30 wells with distances of less than 200 m. drills are to be constructed up to a depth of 15 m. Additionally, measurements of water levels are planned in boreholes, determination of the granulometric composition of the material in laboratory from soil samples taken in field works and topographical measurements. The study is carried out by as roads REV-2. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years.
The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency in Harju (Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn, e-mail address põhja@keskkonnaamet.ee, telephone 6744800).
The application is available digitally in the document management system of the Environment Agency, http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address põhja@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
