The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for mineral resources submitted by Avalor invest OÜ (registry code: 11969862) (address: Ede-Mäekalda, village of Meegomäe küla, vald of Võru, County of Võru, 65603) has been accepted.

The geological survey is requested in the municipality of Vinni in Lääne-Viru, in the village of Veadla, for a livestock ear belonging to the company (cadastral mark 90001:003:0610). The area covered by the requested survey room is 5.81 ha. This is a consumption inventory study, in which up to 20 exploration voids are planned to be built. The exploration depth is not more than 6 m. the resources to be studied are sand and gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The name of the enquiry room shall be the “Veadla enquiry room”. The survey is carried out by OÜ Eesti Geologic Centre.

The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency in Rakvere (J. Kunderi 18, Rakvere 44307, tel 325 8401, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee address or to the postal address: J. Kunderi 18, Rakvere 44307.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
