The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to exploit the mineral resources of the Laiavut II gravel quarry submitted by Avalor invest OÜ (registry code: 11969862) (address: Ede-Mäekalda, village of Meegomäe, vald of Võru, 65603 County of Võru) has been accepted.

The mountain deposit of the MPE II gravel quarry is located in the municipality of hemp in the municipality of Põlva, in the village of Erastblood, on the Pühajõõõe estate (cadastral mark 28501:003:0010, surface area 2,4 ha). The mountain allocation has an area of 1.88 ha and the service area of the mountain allocation is 2.05 ha. The active consumption of the construction gravel is 124 thousand m ³, the extracted stock is 85 thousand m ³. The average annual extraction rate is 6 thousand m ³, the planned use of the mineral is road construction and construction. Authorisation shall be sought for a period of 15 years.

The application is available digitally in the http://dhs-ADR kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the louna@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address at herd 17a, 65608.

The preparation of the draft mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
