The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).

The competition Authority has received notification of a concentration on 23.03.2017 whereby the public limited company Eesti Krediidipank (registry code: 10237832) intends to acquire a dominant position within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2) of the Konkonks in Coop Finants AS (registry code: 12087992); public limited company credit Bank financial (registration code: 12546980).

Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
