Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency reports that AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, 10916 Tallinn) applies for a geological survey permit. The application for a geological survey shall be made to the State-owned land registry of the village of Sopimetsa in Pajusi, Jõgeva County, Põltsamaa Region 9 (cadastral mark 57301:001:0820). The area covered by the requested survey room is 56.47 ha. This is a consumables survey which plans to build up up up to 35 wells with a research depth of up to 20 m. the resources under examination are lime and dolomite. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The test room is called the Sopimetsa IV test room. The study is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the offices of the Environment Agency in Jõgeva (AIA 2, Jõgeva, tel 776 2419, e-mail louna@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address in louna@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address at garage 2, 48306 Jõgeva.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
