The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency reports that THE authorisation for THE GEOLOGICAL survey of MAGNUS SAKJAS (personal identification number 38302224912) (address -) is requested in the municipality of Järva-Jaani in Järva, the municipality of Kuksema, in the village of Kuksema, for a cadastral district owned by a private owner (cadastral mark 25702:003:0079). The area covered by the requested survey room is 6.0 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up to 10 wells and up to 20 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 7 m. the resources to be studied are sand and gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The test room is called the Kukkem test room. The survey is carried out by OÜ Eesti Geologic Centre.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee address or to the postal address: J. Kunderi 18, Rakvere 44307.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
