The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological survey permit submitted by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Nõmme district, Tallinn, Harju district, 10916) was accepted.
The geological survey is requested in the village of Paide, Järva, in the village of Korba, in the cadastral division Väätsa 58 (cadastral identification 56502:001:0146), owned by the Republic of Estonia, the Ministry of the Environment and the Centre for the Management of State Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus (RMK) as THE authorised authority.
There is no overlap with the stock of invoiced mineral resources. The area covered by the requested Korba survey room is 21.55 ha. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build up up up to 18 wells and up to 18 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 20 m. the ore to be studied is the building limestone. The uses of the mineral resources present in the screening room depend on the quality of the material. According to the application, as TREV-2 Group has an interest in, inter alia, producing building materials for road construction and general construction. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The study is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group.
The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla; laane@keskkonnaamet.ee; 484 1171).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
