The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency reports that the APPLICATION for authorisation to PROSPECT for the Tammemäe exploration room submitted by as TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Tallinn, Harju County, 10916) 07.04.2017 (registered under document management system 07.04.2017 No 12-1/17/3478-11 of the Environment Agency) has been accepted.
The geological survey is requested in Harju County, Freistaat Sachu, Tammemäe village, in the State-owned cadastral district Viimsi district 16 (cadastral title 71801:001:0130), whose management of State property is carried out by the Ministry of the Environment and an authorised authority by the State Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus. The catchment area of the applicant survey room shall be 22,48 ha. The geological survey shall be carried out in order to clarify the possibilities of exploiting and extracting the material (sand) present in the exploration room in the Tammams. The study shall explain the distribution conditions, composition and characteristics of the mineral in such detail as to enable extraction and determine the potential uses of the mineral under investigation. The study envisages the construction of up to 25 wells and up to 25 exploration cavities. The research depth is up to 10 m. for the sake of completeness, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: assess the hydrogeological conditions of the test room and its surroundings; topographic surveying, laboratory work. The survey is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code 10047362, address Pärnu mnt 463, Tallinn, Harju County, 10916). The applicant's authorisation shall be valid for a period of 2 years.
The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of Harju in the Northern Region of the Environment Agency (Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn, põhja@keskkonnaamet.ee, 674 4800).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
