The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency notifies that the OSAÜHING MOREEN (registry code: 10353946) (address Piiritoa, village of Kaavere, Municipality of Põltsamaa, 48006 Jõgevaa) is applying for a geological exploration licence. The geological survey is requested for sand (cadastral identification 24802:006:2122), Nõmme (cadastral identification 24802:006:1870), Timman (cadastral identification 24802:006:0343) and vores (cadastral identification 24802:006:0491) in the municipality of Jõgeva in the village of Kurista. The area covered by the requested survey room is 7.37 ha. This is a consumables survey which plans to build up up up to 6 wells and 9 exploration voids. The exploration depth is up to 25 m. the resources to be studied are sand and gravel. The period of validity of the authorization applied for shall be one year. The name of the test room is the sand IV test room. The survey is carried out by the OSU in the Estonian Geological Centre.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address in louna@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address at garage 2, 48306 Jõgeva.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
