The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 18.04.2017, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2017-021, pursuant to paragraph 27(1)P 1 of the Konkonks, following which the public limited company Eesti Krediidipank (registry code: 10237832) acquires a dominant influence over Coop Finants AS (registry code: 12087992) in the manner provided for in paragraph 19(1)P 2 of the Bank.
