Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application FOR authorisation to TOOMA TEE 27 C.B.A. (registry code: 10495273) (address käigega 27, Gamnik village, Freistaat Sachu, Harju County, 75511) (registered under document management system of the Environment Agency 20.04.2017 No 12-2/17/5075) has been accepted.
The geological survey is requested in Harju County, Freistaat Sachu, Tammemäe village, in the State-owned cadastral district Viimsi district 16 (cadastral title 71801:001:0130), whose management of State property is carried out by the Ministry of the Environment and an authorised authority by the State Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus. The catchment area of the applicant survey room shall be 22,85 ha. The proposed geological study aims at clarifying the distribution of (sand) mineral resources within the exploration room in the Tammams, the thickness of the useful layer, the quality of the material and the conditions under which the extraction can be carried out in order to assess the quantity of mineral resources as an active consumable resource. The study plans to set up up up to 25 exploration voids. The research depth is up to 10 m. for the sake of completeness, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: laboratory work, topographical measurements and measurement of water levels in test runs. The survey is carried out by OÜ J.Viru Markšeideribüroo (registry code 11644539, address Tartu mnt 84A-50, Tallinn, 10112). The applicant's authorisation shall be valid for a period of 2 years.
The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of Harju in the Northern Region of the Environment Agency (Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn, põhja@keskkonnaamet.ee, 674 4800).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
