The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological survey permit submitted by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Nõmme district, Tallinn, Harju district, 10916) was accepted.
The geological survey is applied for in the village of Võõbu, Järva, County Paide, in the cadastral district of Väätsa, 404 (cadastral identification 56501:001:0339), owned by the Republic of Estonia, by the Ministry of the Environment and by the State Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus (RMK) as an authorised authority. The area of service of the requested survey room shall overlap to the east by ~ 4,4 m and to the west by ~ 3,1 m with 4 blocks of the activated reserve of well-degraded peat in the EPU/Kakerd peat deposit area (registry card No 0146).
The area covered by the requested survey room is 4,5 ha. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build 0 wells and up to 25 exploration voids. The exploration depth shall be no more than 8 m. the resources to be studied shall be gravel and sand. The fields of use of the mineral resources present in the research area shall be road and general construction, according to quality. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group.

grant or refuse a geological survey permit is taken, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
