The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
The Environment Agency reports that Osaühing Eesti Killustik (registry code: 10126848) (address Rõstla quarry, village of Rõstla, Municipality of Põltsamaa, County of Jõgeva, 48022) submitted an application for amendment of the permit PARM-008 for the extraction of the sandy quarry of Potsepa.
The pasture of the potsera is located in the municipality of Audru, Pärnu, on the lands of the Potsepa sandpastry (cadastral identification 15905:001:0033), the Potsepa sandard (cadastral identification 15905:001:0127), the Potsepa sandard (cadastrastral identification 15905:001:0034), the Potsepa sandard (cadastrascontroversic identification 15:905/2015/2015:0015) and the pastry identification number 215:0015. The service area of the mountain allocation also overlaps with the cadastral parcels Reiden Potsepa (cadastral identification 15905:001:0169) and Reiden Potsepa (cadastral identification 15905:001:0170).
The area of the slurry deposit of the pasture of the pot is 67,17 ha and that of the service area of the mountain deposit is 116,59 ha. According to the request for amendment of the authorisation for the extraction of mineral resources, the amount of the active consumption of the building sand for the mining allocation is 1154 thousand m ³ and the extracted stock is 945 thousand m ³ and the amount of the active consumption of the aggregate sand is 1341 thousand m ³ and the extracted stock is 1079 thousand m ³. The maximum annual extraction rate for mineral resources is requested for 60 thousand m ³ of building sand and 70 thousand m3 of aggregates sand. Mineral use is in road and civil engineering. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be no more than 27.03.2035.
The decision to initiate the procedure for the application for authorisation to modify the mining permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency in Harju (Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn, e-mail address põhja@keskkonnaamet.ee, telephone 674 4803).
The application is available digitally in the document management system of the Environment Agency, http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The draft decision amending the mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
