The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency informs the public limited company Eesti teed (registry code: 12249762) (address Vallikraavi 4, 44306 Rakvere, West Virumaa) that the request for extension of the authorisation to prospect has been accepted.

The Tammik II research room is located in the municipality of Southeast Viru in the municipality of Southeast Tammik in the State-owned cadastral unit Mäepõllu (cadastral mark 66001:003:0153). The area covered by the survey room is 9.82 ha. This is a consumption inventory survey. The resources under examination include sand and gravel, which are used for road construction and construction. The study plans to build 15 wells and 10 exploration voids. Research depth is up to 18 m. further work is planned: groundwater level measurements, geodetic measurements and laboratory analyses. The requested authorisation is to be extended for a period of 1 year.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee address or to the postal address: J. Kunderi 18, Rakvere 44307.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
