The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
The Environment Agency reports that AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, 10916 Tallinn) has submitted an application for an extension of the term of the mining permit No RIGM-020 for the mineral reserves of the Soomevere sandy quarry.
The mountain allocation of the sandeel quarry is located in the commune of Jõgeva and Palamuse, in the commune of Jõgeva, on the land of the cadastral division Soomevere (cadastral identification 24805:001:0037, Municipality of Jõgeva, cadastral identification 57802:002:0023, Municipality of Palamuse, use of mining land) on the sandy deposit of the Finnish mainland (registry card No 0346).
The surface area of the mountain deposit of the sandeel quarry is 8.12 ha and the surface area of the mountain deposit is 10.30 ha. On 31.12.2016, an active consumption stock of building sand associated with mining reserves was held in the environmental registry at 766,14 thousand m ³, of which 335,14 thousand m ³ are mined. Mineral use is the construction of road soil and overburden. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for is 26.07.2028.
The decision to initiate the procedure for the request to modify the mining permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the offices of the Environment Agency in Jõgeva (garden 2, Jõgeva, tel 776 2419, e-mail louna@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address in louna@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address at garage 2, 48306 Jõgeva.
The draft decision amending the mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
