The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological survey permit submitted by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Nõmme district, Tallinn, Harju district, 10916) was accepted.
The geological survey of the Röamäe II exploration room is requested in the municipality of Paide, Järva, in the village of Eivere, in the cadastral district Väätsa, district 198 (cadastral identification 56501:002:0106), owned by the Republic of Estonia, by the Ministry of the Environment and by THE State Forest Management Centre (RMK) as an authorised authority.
The area served by the requested survey room partly overlaps with block 4 of the active reserve of well-degraded peat at at the EPU-Kakerd peat site (registry card No 0146). The catchment area of the exploration room passes through Ussisoo-Saueaugu Metsatee No 5650005.
The area covered by the requested survey room is 35.81 ha. This is a consumables survey which plans to build up up up to 35 wells and up to 35 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 15 m. the resources to be studied are sand and gravel. The fields of use of the mineral resources present in the research area shall be road and general construction, according to quality. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group.

grant or refuse a geological survey permit is taken, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
