The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological survey permit submitted by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Nõmme district, Tallinn, Harju district, 10916) was accepted.
The permit to prospect for a visa exploration room is requested in the municipality of Roosna-Alliku, Järva, in the village of Viisu, in the cadastral district of Väätsa 80 (cadastral mark 68401:005:0272), owned by the Republic of Estonia, by the Ministry of the Environment and by THE State Forest Management Centre (RMK) as an authorised authority.
The area covered by the requested survey room is 29.50 ha. There is no overlap with the stock of invoiced mineral resources. The area served by the exploration room overlaps in part with the land improvement system with code 6112380020040003 in the land improvement systems register. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build up up up to 18 wells and up to 18 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 20 m. the ore to be studied is the building limestone. The fields of use of the mineral resources present in the research area shall be road and general construction, according to quality. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The study is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group.

grant or refuse a geological survey permit is taken, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
