The Harju Maakohus (Tartu Road Court) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 145(5) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
04.05.2017 by order in civil case No 2-15-18092, the distribution proposal submitted by the debtor, OÜ Rahalaev (registry code: 11514305) (in liquidation), was confirmed.
The debtor or the creditor objecting to the distribution proposal may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (paragraph 145(4) of the PankrS; paragraph 661(2) of the TsMS).
