The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for a site-Palo III research area submitted by AGER OÜ (registry code: 10817624) (address: Ede-Mäekalda, Meegomäe küla, Võru Municipality 65526, Võru County) (registered under document management system 05.05.2017 No 12-2/17/5715 of the Environment Agency) has been accepted.

The geological survey is applied for in the cadastral division Soodi (cadastral Identifier 18102:003:0210) in the village of Haanja, County Hõru.
The area covered by the requested survey room is 19.08 ha. This is a mineral consumption survey which plans to build up up up to 35 wells and 35 exploration voids. The exploration depth shall be less than or equal to 10 m. the resources to be studied shall be sand and gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The survey is carried out by the OSU in the Estonian Geological Centre.

The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the offices of the Environment Agency, Võru (flock 17a, 65608 Võru; louna@keskkonnaamet.ee; 680 7914).
The application shall be digitally accessible to the http://dhs-ADR kea.envir.ee/ until

a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for the prospection, and everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the louna@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address at herd 17a, 65608.

The draft authorisation or refusal to grant a geological survey shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
