The Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 128(7) of the planning Law (plans).

The Rapla Vallavalitsus notifies the City of Rapla of the commencement of the building plan for the housing area of the carnations and Niidu.
The following land parcels are covered by the zoning plan:

Nelgi tn 2, cadastral mark 67001:010:0032; area 10772 m ², 100% residential
N Niidu tn 1, cadastral mark 67001:010:0031; area 9375 m ², 100% residential
Part of the planning area includes the 6692048 Puukooli school street (cadastral mark 66901:001:0575),
6692041 Niidu (cadastral mark 66901:001:0237) and street extension of the Tulbi.
The size of the planning area is approximately 2.8 ha.

The need to draw up a zoning plan is apparent from the master plan of the Municipality of Rapla.
The purpose of the zoning plan is to lay down building rights for individual residential plots to be formed,

According to the findings of the preliminary environmental impact assessment, there is no need to initiate a strategic environmental impact assessment.
