The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the request for authorisation of a geological survey submitted by OÜ Šeiker teed (registry code: 14040730) (address Metsapunkti tee 7, village of Sutlema, Municipality of Kohila, County Rapla, 79710) was accepted.
Authorisation for the geological exploration of a research site for Atlas is sought for the land registry division Aama (cadastral title 42701:002:0014), which is privately owned in the village of Maidla, County of Märjamaa.
The area covered by the requested survey room is 16,86 ha. The requested exploration room partly overlaps with the active reservoir 2 block of the Tika gravel of the tika gravel deposit (registry card No 0043) and is at the southern border directly adjacent to the mountain allocation of the tika gravel quarry requested by the Road Administration, the procedure for which has been completed.
This is a consumables survey, which plans to build 0 wells and up to 15 exploration wells. The exploration depth is up to 7 m. the ore under consideration is a building gravel and a filling gravel. The applications of mineral resources present in the exploration room are construction, road construction, woodworking and aggregates. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The investigator is an OÜ J.Viru Markšeideribüroo.
The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla; laane@keskkonnaamet.ee; 484 1171).
The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/
until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
