The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological survey permit submitted by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Nõmme district, Tallinn, Harju district, 10916) was accepted.
Authorisation to prospect for the Nurme exploration room is sought in the village of Pajaka in Rapla, County of Märjamaa, in the cadastral parcels Vardi, district 41 (cadastral title 50401:001:0050), and Vardi, district 2 (cadastral title 50401:001:0022), owned by the Republic of Estonia, managed by the Ministry of the Environment and, as an authorised authority, by the State Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus.
The area covered by the requested survey room is 25,39 ha. The western segment of the area served by the requested exploration room partly overlaps with the block of the active reserve 3 of the building gravel of the Nurme gravel deposit (registry card No 0614), and the two blocks overlap partially with the forecast stock 5 of the building gravel.
This is a consumable inventory study, which plans to build up up to 0 wells and up to 45 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 8 m. the explored mineral is the construction gravel and the building sand. The fields of use of the mineral resources present in the research area shall be road and general construction, according to quality. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
