The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological survey permit submitted by AS Tariston (registry code: 10887843) (address Pärnu mnt 158/1, city centre, Tallinn, Harju County, 11317) was accepted.
The application for authorisation to prospect the uranium exploration room is made in the village of Aasuväli, Järva, in the village of Väätsa, for cadastral parcels Türi District 8 (cadastral title 93701:003:0580) and Türi District 154 (cadastral title 93701:003:0089), owned by the Republic of Estonia, managed by the Ministry of the Environment and, as an authorised authority, by the State Forest Management Centre.
The area covered by the requested survey room is 78.38 ha. There is no overlap with the stock on account. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build up up up to 60 wells and up to 40 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 10 m. the surveyed mineral is the construction and filling gravel, the construction and filling sand. The fields of use of the mineral resources present in the research area shall be road and general construction, according to quality. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER.
The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla; laane@keskkonnaamet.ee; 484 1171).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the laane@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
