The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency reports that AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, 10916 Tallinn) submitted an application for an extension of the term of the mining permit No RIVER GM-022 for the mineral reserves of the Sõõru sand QUARRY.

The mountain allocation of the sister's sandy quarry is located in the municipality of Jõgeva, in the village of Pedassaare, on the State's land, in the cadastral division Sõõru's quarry (cadastral mark 71302:002:0880) in the sister's sandard (registry card No 0337). The area covered by the mountain allocation to the curtilla's sandy pasture is 1.38 ha and the area covered by the mountain allocation is 5.44 ha. On 31.12.2016, an active consumption stock of building sand associated with mining reserves was held in the environmental registry at 128.8 thousand m ³, of which 79.9 thousand m ³ is mined. The average annual rate for mineral extraction is 17 thousand m ³. The area of use of the mineral resource is road construction, road repair and snow control. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for is 19.10.2028.

The decision to initiate the procedure for the request for amendment of the mining permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency.
