The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the APPLICATION for authorisation submitted by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Nõmme district, Tallinn, Harju district, 10916) to prospect for mineral resources in the Enge exploration room (hereinafter referred to as the geological study) has been accepted.

The request for a geological survey is made in the municipality of Halinga, Pärnu, municipality of Enge, in the state-owned cadastral parcel of Halinga, district 16 (identifier 18802:002:0139), and in the private cadastral parcels of Tammiku (identifier 18802:002:0125) and Meldre (identifier 18802:002:0017). The area covered by the requested survey room is 76.28 ha. This is a consumable stock survey which plans to build up up up to 35 wells. The exploration depth is up to 30 m. the minerals to be studied are lime and dolomite used as aggregate. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The test room is called the Enge test room. The study is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group.

The application is available digitally in the Register of documents of the Environment Agency http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address J.Kunderi 18, Rakvere, 44307 Western Viru County.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
