The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for mineral resources in the exploration room in Võle submitted by OÜ SISEK (registry code: 12814305) (address Vaguri, restricted municipality of Vinni, County of West Viru, 46607) has been accepted.

The exploration licence is requested in the municipality of Haljala in Lääne-Viru, in the village of Võle, for the state-owned cadastral unit Kunda on 236 properties (cadastral mark 19002:001:0060). The area covered by the requested survey room is 18.58 ha. This is a consumption inventory study, in which up to 22 exploration runs are planned to be built. The exploration depth is up to 6 m. the resources under examination are gravel and sand, which are used for roads and general construction. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The test room is called the Võle test room. The study is carried out by OÜ SISEK.

The application is available digitally in the Environment Agency's document register http://dhsadr-kea.envir.ee.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
