The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the Aktsiaselts K.A.T. & Ko (registry code: 10250382) (address: Savi 42, 80047 Pärnu) applies for a geological exploration licence. Prospecting shall be authorised in Pärnu, County Tõstamaa, village Päraküla, for the cadastral parcels Joanna (registrar No 351906, cadastral mark 82603:001:0066), Peraküla-Joanni (registrar No 352006, 82603:001:0067), Uuetoa (registrar No 3651906, 82603:001:0063), Luiskama (registrar No 710506, 82603:001:0076). The area covered by the requested survey room is 38.23 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up to 25 wells and up to 25 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is less than or equal to 10 m. the resources to be studied are sand and gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The enquiry room is called the enquiry room in Päraküla. The study is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
