The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency reports that the Suuremäe Karjäär OÜ (registry code: 11407874) (address at exhibition 21, 50409 Tartu) is applying for a geological exploration permit. The geological survey is requested in Tartu County, Tartu County, transport in Tartu village to the State-owned cadastral parcel of property cadastral district 25 (cadastral title 79401:001:0113), which is managed by the Ministry of the Environment and an authorised authority by the State Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus. The area covered by the requested survey room is 6.29 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 15 wells and up to 15 exploration voids at an exploration depth of up to 12 m. the resources under examination are sand and gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The test room is called Kukemetsa or the test room. The survey is carried out by the OSU in the Estonian Geological Centre.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
