The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for the Nepste III exploration room submitted by OÜ Tambira (registry code: 11686259) (address: Lindamäe, Kärbu village, Municipality of Audru, Pärnu County, 88310) has been accepted.

Authorisation to prospect is sought in the municipality of Häädemeeste, Pärnu, in the municipality of Nepste, for rust on a privately owned property (cadastral mark 21302:001:0016). The area covered by the requested survey room is 10,98 ha. This is a survey of the consumption of sand and gravel, where it is planned to build up up up to 10 wells and up to 20 exploration wells with a depth of up to 6 m. the validity of the permit applied for is 2 years. The survey is carried out by Oleühing Eesti Geological Centre (registry code 10140653, address Kadus Kadaka tee 82, 12618 Tallinn).

The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel +372 674 4803, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally in the Environment Agency's document register http://dhsadr-kea.envir.ee.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The preparation of the draft authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
