The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect FOR A SWIMMING HOUSE in the Kauoja submitted by the public limited company express carrier (registry code: 10111516) (address: Lake Bank Road 1, Harkujärve village, Harku Municipality, Harju County, 76902) has been accepted.

The request for a geological survey shall be made in the municipality of Pärnu, Saarde, on the state property Lodja village, Lodja district 6 (cadastral identification 71102:001:0382). The area covered by the requested survey room is 35.10 ha. This is a consumable sand study, which plans to build up up up to 30 wells and up to 30 exploration wells with a depth of up to 7 m. the validity of the permit applied for is 2 years. The survey is carried out by Oleühing Eesti Geological Centre (registry code 10140653, address Kadus Kadaka tee 82, 12618 Tallinn).

The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel +372 674 4803, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally in the Environment Agency's document register http://dhsadr-kea.envir.ee.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
