The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that THE application for authorisation to PROSPECT for THE Jaakna III exploration room submitted by SANDPIT OÜ (registration code: 11318414) (address: Mäe 7, Põltsamaa City, County Jõgeva, 48105) has been accepted.

The request for a geological survey is made in the municipality of West Nigula, in the municipality of West Nigula, in the state-owned land of the village of Allikmaa, by the district of Piirsalu, 56 (registered at 77601:003:0397), and in the village Jaakna, by the district of Piirsalu, 162 (registered at 68001:002:0175), and the gravel deposit of Jaaka (registered at 68001:002:0176). The area covered by the requested survey room is 13,38 ha. This is a survey of the consumption of sand and gravel, which is intended to build up up up up to 17 exploration runs with a depth of up to 7 m. the period of validity of the permit applied for is 2 years. The survey is carried out by OÜ J.Viru Markšeideribüroo (registry code 11644539, address Tartu mnt 84A-50, 10112 Tallinn).

The application is available digitally in the Environment Agency's document register http://dhsadr-kea.envir.ee.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
