Notification of merger by a non-profit organisation

The Eesti Põllumajandus-Kaubanduskoda (registry code 80007884) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 59(1) of the Law on non-profit organisations (MTÜS).
The non-profit association shall notify the merger. The Estonian Chamber of Agriculture and Commerce (registry code 80007884) and the Estonian Põllumeeste Confederation (registration code: 80102335), established in Vilmsi 53G Tallinn 10147, participated in the merger. On 8 June 2017, the Estonian Põllumeeste Association of MTÜ and the Estonian Agricultural and Trade Chamber of MTÜ merged, as a result of which MTÜ's Estonian Põllumeeste Centre came to an end and all its assets (rights and obligations) and members were transferred to MTÜ by the Eesti Põllumajandus-Kaubanduskoda.
