The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for mineral resources submitted by Osaühing Jarko Auto (registered under registry code: 10691040) (address: District of West Viru, Municipality of Haljala, village of Kärmu, 45302) has been accepted in the Kõlju Research Centre.

The geological survey is requested in the municipality of Haljala in Lääne-Viru, in the village of Kõldu, for the cadastral parcels forest akassi (19001:001:01940) and liivamäe (cadastral parcel 19001:001:0493) owned by private owners. The area covered by the requested survey room is 24.66 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up to 15 exploration voids and up to 20 wells. The exploration depth is not more than 8 m. the mineral to be studied is sand. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The name of the enquiry room shall be that of the beer enclosure. The study is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER.

The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee, Tel. 325 8401).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee address or at the postal address J.Kunderi 18, Rakvere.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
