The Harju Maakohus (District Court, Kentmann) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
12.07.2017 by order in civil proceedings No 2-17-671, the debtor, Spantal limited liability company (registry code: 10392449), was ordered to pay the persons interested in the bankruptcy proceedings a deposit of EUR 3 000 to cover the costs of the mass and bankruptcy proceedings and a deposit of EUR 07.08.2017.
The court shall not close the proceedings if the sum specified by the court is paid as a deposit to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings.
The amount must be paid into the Treasury account No EE5710220229377229 (SEB Bank), No EE062200221059223099 (Swedbank), No EE513300333522160001 (Danske Bank) or No 221700017003510302 (Nordea Bank) of THE Ministry of Finance. The payment order for payment of the security, or all the particulars necessary for its electronic verification, must be submitted to the court within the time limit set for payment of the advance.
