FCR Media Group OÜ (registry code 12298743) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 399(1) of the commercial Code (ÄS).
The firm shall notify the merger. FCR Media Group OÜ (registry code 12298743) and Autoinfo.ee (registry code: 10675012), established in Metalli TN 3, Kristiine district, Tallinn, Harju district, 10615, participated in the merger. As a result of the merger, the joint stock company Autoinfo.ee was wound up and all of its assets (rights and obligations) were transferred to FCR Media Group OÜ.
