The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency reports that AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Nõmme district, Tallinn, 10916 Harju district) applies for a general geological exploration licence. Authorisation to carry out general geological exploration is sought in the village of Paluküla and Alaküla, County Haaslava, County Tartu, and in the village of Võnnu the State-owned Cadastre District 59 (Cadastre Identification 18502:005:0185), Municipality of Kastre M-37 (Cadastral Identification 18502:005:0043), Municipality of Kastre Municipality M-37A (Cadastrastral Identification 18502:005:005:0051 and forest management Agency authorised by the Cadministrace Division 15:0058). The requested test room consists of four solvent units, the total area served by the test room being 124,52 ha. The purpose of the general geological survey is to find a dignified slope of sand and/or gravel. The study projects the construction of up to 70 drilling outlets and up to 70 exploration outlets with a depth of up to 20 m. the period of validity of the permit applied for is 5 years. The name of the enquiry room shall be the enquiry room of the Paluküla. The research is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group.
The application for a general geological exploration licence and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency (tel 776 2419, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse permission for general geological exploration, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address in louna@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address at garage 2, 48306 Jõgeva.
The preparation of a draft permit for general geological exploration shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
