The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for mineral resources submitted by Osaühing Hetkinvest (registry code: 11168665) (address Sõõru tn 11, districts of Haabersti, Tallinn, Harju County, 13516) (also referred to as the exploration authorisation) has been accepted.

The exploration licence is requested in the municipality of Tamsalu in Lääne-Viru, Kuie village, for state-owned properties in the municipality of Porkuni, district 110 (cadastral mark 78601:001:0022), the district of Porkuni, district 135 (cadastral mark 78601:001:0092), and the district of Porkuni, district 31 (cadastral mark 78702:001:0360), to the south of the land. The area covered by the requested survey room is 90.03 ha. This is a consumable stock survey which plans to build up up up to 20 wells. The research depth is 12 m. the explored mineral is a technological limestone used for the production of lime. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The test room is called the Kuie II test room.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee address or at the postal address J.Kunderi 18, Rakvere.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
