The Harju Maakohus (District Court, Kentmann) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
By order of 09.08.2017 in civil proceedings No 2-12-37309, the amount to be
paid by the debtor, OÜ Adak capital (registry code: 11283917), as a deposit to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings, was fixed at EUR 3 000 and the due date for payment was 20.08.2017. The court shall not close the proceedings if the sum specified by the court is paid as a deposit to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings. The amount must be paid into the Treasury account No EE5710220229377229 (SEB Bank), No EE062200221059223099 (Swedbank), No EE513300333522160001 (Danske Bank) or No 221700017003510302 (Nordea Bank) of THE Ministry of Finance. Submit to the court either a payment order certifying payment of the deposit or information enabling it to be verified that the deposit has been received in a bank account held by the Ministry of Finance.
