The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for a winning area submitted by Mainer OÜ (registry code: 14267391) (address Mustamäe tee 161-4, 12913 Tallinn) on 16.08.2017 (registered under document management system of the Environment Agency No 12-1/17/9855) has been accepted.
Authorisation to prospect is sought in the municipality of Häädemeeste, Pärnu, in the village of Pulsti (cadastral mark 21301:002:0078, new register number 4005906) and Tolkuse (cadastral marks 21301:002:0020 and 21301:002:0113, new register number 2029506) and in unreformed public land. Landowners have agreed to carry out a geological survey. The requested test room consists of two solvent units, the total area served by the test room being 6.49 ha. The purpose of the study is to conduct a consumption inventory survey to determine the distribution of mineral resources (building sand and gravel, charging sand and gravel), the thickness, quality and extraction conditions of the useful layer in order to assess the quantity of mineral resources as an active consumption stock for which mining permission could be sought. The study plans to set up up up to 20 exploration outlets and up to 20 drilling outlets with a depth of up to 10 m; other planned ad hoc work: laboratory work, topographical surveying; hydrogeological experimental work: measuring water levels. The survey is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER (registry code 11206437, address Männiku tee 104, 11216 Tallinn). The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years.

The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/

until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the louna@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Paala tee 4, 71014 iljandi.

The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
